Specific responsibilities are but not limited to:
Candidate should possess demonstrated skills of interpersonal competence facilitating effective relationships between internal / external customers. Team interaction and communication are important soft-skills. Must be capable of taking effective disciplinary action in accordance with company policy and procedures and confer with Human Resources concerning employee problems and manner of resolution.
Qualifications
Required:
Candidates must meet one of the following:
- 1 years of relevant shipyard test experience or equivalent US Navy operational experience
- Previous mechanical/supervisory experience or Mechanical Engineering bachelor's degree will be accepted in lieu of shipyard experience
Preferred:
- Post High School education
- Demontrated ability to coordinate complex projects in a team environment
