** This position requires Full Time hours on:
- Monday-Wednesday 8am-5pm
- Thursday 8am-12:30pm
- Friday 8am-5pm
** Compensation is hourly wage ($16 to $18/hour) plus sales commission on Memberships and Gifts

We are looking for someone with a customer service and/or administrative background and intend the position to be more of an administrative assistant / office manager role than just a cashier or checker.
As the CCC you are the primary source of customer service at our car wash and detail center. Your main goal is to ensure excellent service to every customer on every visit. You would also be responsible for:
- Offering and advising services that would benefit the customer.
- Understanding and become proficient in describing car wash & detail services including sale of car wash memberships.
- Processing customer transactions using Point-of-Sale system – disburse and receive cash, complete credit and debit card transactions, process gift cards, etc.
- Facilitating inventory and ordering of retail items in our lobby.
- Managing and reduce churn of existing car wash memberships using reports and lists.
- Scheduling and facilitate detailing appointments to help maximize possible revenue.
- Demonstrating professional behavior in all aspects of work.
- Participating in daily tasks required for opening, operating, and closing the customer lobby including cleaning floors, dusting, and organizing inventory.
- Assuring excellent customer experience for every customer, every visit.
- Handling customer concerns to best ability, refer to manager when needed.
- Following and adhering to company strategies and procedures appropriately.
- Fostering a team-oriented, family environment.
In order to be a Customer Care Cashier you would need to have:
- Moderate experience with order entry into any Point of Sale system.
- Professional appearance and proficient verbal/communication skills.
- Moderate experience with social media, text messaging, Microsoft Office, and general computer skills.
- Valid driver license and clean background check.
- Previous experience in cash handling and customer service
- High school diploma
