Duties Description • Gathering and preparing data for reports.• Preparing announcements/correspondence.• Logging Data/Data Entry.• Reviewing forms/resource material for completeness.• Coordinating and scheduling meetings.• Maintaining electronic files.• Responding to inquiries concerning standard procedures of programs/units.• Contributing to the resolution of operational challenges through continuous improvement.• Assisting in the delivery of Division systems and procedural training.• Performing other duties as assigned.
