Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Represent client products and services through direct communication and customer education
- Develop a deep understanding of client goals and customer expectations through hands-on training and community interactions
- Create sales by delivering insightful service solutions, including information on product benefits, discounts, and industry standards
- Use client-provided technology to streamline customer service and enhance the overall experience
- Collaborate with other Customer Service Associates and members of the Client Sales department to review performance metrics, set goals, and ensure client satisfaction
Customer Service Associate Qualities:
- High school diploma or GED required; higher education (1-4 years) is a plus
- Background in customer service, sales, marketing, business, or communication is preferred but not required
- Strong communication abilities, a professional and friendly demeanor, and a willingness to learn
- Ability to embrace new marketing and sales trends, meet client expectations, and support evolving business needs
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and accountability to complete daily and weekly tasks
