Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Landscape Installation Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for transforming outdoor spaces by installing hardscapes, planting trees & shrubs, laying sod, and other landscape features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape installations, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Install hardscape features (patios, retaining walls, walkways, etc.)
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment (skid steers, mowers, trimmers, etc.)
- Lay sod, spread mulch, and apply fertilizers as needed
- Follow design plans and instructions from the project manager & Foreman
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
Qualifications:
- 2 year(s) of experience in landscape installation (preferred)
- Knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and hardscape materials
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation
