Job Description:
As a Product Owner, you'll be at the forefront of our healthcare analytics initiatives, translating customer needs into actionable product features. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-value, market-leading solutions that delight our customers and confound our competitors.
Responsibilities:
- Craft user stories and acceptance test criteria for features
- Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements for engineering teams
- Identify Minimum Viable Product features and iterate rapidly based on user feedback
- Collaborate with Strategic Product Owners and Managers to align with market needs
- Lead discussions with development teams to support core competencies and key features
- Prioritize user stories to maximize business value and align with product strategy
- Participate in systems requirements, testing, training, and product rollout
- Manage product roadmaps and ensure alignment with the overall product vision
- Act as a liaison between business, product, and development teams
- Support product marketing efforts, including technical specifications and case studies
- 2-5 years of experience in software product ownership, technical product management, business analysis, or technical team leadership within a large matrix organization
- Relevant agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master)
- Ability to translate customer needs into product design documentation
- Experience creating and decomposing features, writing user stories, and test acceptance criteria
- Demonstrated understanding of business intelligence, analytics, data warehousing, or data engineering
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- Data engineering and delivery experience in healthcare
- Experience with healthcare interoperability
