The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a hospitality setting. **Responsibilities:** - Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave - Manage reservations and seating arrangements - Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area - Answer phone calls and take reservations - Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service **Experience:** - Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of POS systems - Familiarity with food service operations - Experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is a plus - Proficiency with Aloha POS system is advantageous - Ability to deliver excellent guest services
