Key Responsibilities:
GoHighLevel (GHL) Setup & Management:
- Set up and optimize CRM pipelines, workflows, automations, and integrations in GoHighLevel.
- Develop and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns inside GHL.
- Configure lead nurturing sequences, funnel automations, and appointment scheduling.
- Troubleshoot and optimize GHL features for better conversion rates.
- Document and organize step-by-step processes for business operations.
- Create visually structured dashboards and templates for efficient task management.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of company workflows inside Notion.
- Ensure all team members can easily follow and implement processes.
- Develop and implement organic engagement strategies to build brand authority.
- Create and manage email sequences, social media content planning, and community engagement.
- Optimize funnels, landing pages, and lead capture systems to drive organic growth.
- Monitor analytics and provide reports on engagement and audience growth.
- Work closely with marketing teams, sales teams, and business leaders to refine processes.
- Train and support team members on how to use GHL and Notion effectively.
- Continuously optimize workflows to improve efficiency and results.
- 2 years of experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), including automation and CRM management.
- Strong proficiency in Notion, with experience creating SOPs, databases, and workflows.
- Experience in organic digital marketing, including engagement strategies, branding, and content planning.
- Knowledge of Zapier, Make (Integromat), or other automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and ability to train others in tech tools.
- Background in marketing agencies, coaching businesses, or consulting firms.
- Experience with copywriting for email sequences and content marketing.
- Understanding of SEO, social media engagement, and community building.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics for better decision-making.
