Overview
We are looking for a Clinical Education Specialist to join our team. This position reports to the Director of Education and Program Development.
- Plan and manage curriculum and programs to ensure hospice healthcare professionals have the skills, knowledge, and resources to perform their job duties
- Evaluate and improve curriculum and programs to align with organizational strategy and improve quality outcomes.
About You
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in state of residence
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Two (2) years of hospice experience with knowledge in nursing workflow and electronic health record processes, preferred
- Knowledge in hospice care, regulatory and accreditation standards and experience in adult learning theory and practice
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, and Articulate 360
