ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Catering position will be located at a higher education school site. The Catering Coordinator performs a variety of job responsibilities including setting up and breaking down the catering area, driving the catering van from the commissary to event locations. This position will engage with students, teachers, and parents with superior customer service, embodying the Genuine way. There are opportunities to learn culinary skills to advance your career.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure all food is delivered on time and set up to Genuine Food quality standards.

Driving carefully and abiding by all traffic laws while following designated routes/schedules.

Load/unload the products out of the delivery van from the prep kitchen to the event location

Keep the van clean and sanitized.

Assist with any commissary kitchen needs as asked by supervisor

Alert Site Lead or Manager on duty of any issues in a timely manner

Setting up and breaking down the catering space.

Driving the Genuine Foods deliver van from the commissary to the event location\

Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- Must be flexible & team-oriented!

Clean driving record (background check and driving record check will be conducted)

1 year of catering experience, breaking down and setting up catering area

Positive attitude, strong work ethic and level headedness.

Punctual and able to adhere to the time and attendance policy.

Experience and dependable driver with catering and food delivery experience

Able to climb stairs and lift up 50 lbs.

Interest in and committed to Genuine Foods’ mission to use food to help students enhance their minds, bodies and happiness.

Must be able to work in a Higher Education school environment
