Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. Duties
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, including initiatives to optimize staffing levels.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Manage conflict resolution processes and provide guidance on employee relations issues.
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support management
- Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in human resources or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of affirmative action planning, conflict management, and workforce management principles.
- Familiarity with HR software systems such as Paychex or UltiPro is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in research data collection methods and project management practices.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within the HR context.
