Your Mission
As a dynamic field manager, your priority is to grow revenue and empower your team to exceed expectations. From field mentorship to strategic coaching, you’ll ensure every team member is equipped and motivated to close the deal.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales Excellence: Set ambitious goals, monitor performance, and implement strategies to exceed sales targets in our plumbing and drains departments.
- Develop Top Performers: Train and mentor the team through 1:1 coaching, weekly meetings, and hands-on field guidance.
- Lead from the Front: Demonstrate best practices by running opportunities as a working manager to inspire and train your team.
- Ensure Consistency: Enforce processes that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate for Growth: Partner with electrical, HVAC, and sales teams to create seamless cross-trade opportunities.

- Hands-On Leadership: Comfortable splitting time between field one-on-one ride alongs, and office leadership (80/20).
