Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain project-related documents.
• Manage project and company-specific operations.
• Report to division managers on development progress.
• Participate in industry events and job site events.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in client relations and effective communication with contractors.
• Familiarity with real estate development, construction, or project coordination is a plus.
• Experience tracking multiple projects, managing deadlines, and ensuring operational efficiency.
