Job Summary
Geologic-Earth Exploration, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations by providing exceptional administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to multi-task efficiently.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Provide general administrative support including managing incoming phone calls and maintaining office supplies
- Review project contracts and provide required documentation
- Work with insurance company to issue certificates of insurance as required
- Maintain and update company licenses
- Maintain all employee data and licenses
- Assist Office Manager with accounts payable and receivable duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years relevant experience
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office mandatory
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral with good time management
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Basic knowledge of accounts payable/accounts receivable preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
