Description of the Position:
- Provide administrative support for the Accounting Department to include filing, scanning, and mailing and other duties as determined by the Controller
- Accurate and timely posting of invoices
- Accurate and timely posting
- Acquire proper approval of invoices
- Perform Account reconciliations
- Check runs
- Bank deposits
Requirements of the Position:
- 2 years of accounts payable experience
- Associates Degree or higher preferred, not required
- Team Player
- Positive attitude
- Organized and Professional
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office, Excel
Desired Skills:
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable experience
Salary commensurate with experience.
