About George Junior Republic: Established in 1992, Preventative Aftercare is committed to keeping families together by providing quality home based services to at-risk children, youth, adolescents and their families in their homes, schools and communities. Position Overview: This is a grant funded position in Westmoreland County. Some responsibilities of the RESTORE program's Community Service Coordinator include supporting reentrants in successfully transitioning back into their respective environments, referring participants to the appropriate physical and mental services needed, assessing the reentrants needs, supporting participants in completing community service, and overseeing direct payments for restitution, court fees, and fines. The Community Service Coordinator can expect to work in conjunction with the Program Manager, create and maintain community partnerships, as well as document all contacts with and transportation of reentrants, and more.
