What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clerk - Shipping Clerk position at Georges Inc?
Warehouse Inventory Clerk - Purchasing Department (2nd Shift - 3pm-12am) Rotating Saturday - Sunday 7am-1pm. Job Description would be explained in interview.
SUMMARY: The purpose of a Clerk is to keep accurate up to date information on loads.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Assist with proper start up, production and shut down of department.
· Responsible for the billing of loads and keeping accurate up to date documentation daily.
· Responsible for using proper technique
· Responsible for notifying Supervisor of any problems
· Other duties, as assigned by the supervisor or manager
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Required
- High school diploma
- Preferred
- Previous clerical experience
