As our Medical Spa Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the business and increase revenue. You'll manage and supervise the team, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality services and treatments to clients. With your deep knowledge of our services and procedures, you'll conduct in-depth consultations, analyze client needs, manage client profiles, and build strong relationships with clients.

You'll work closely with the marketing team to develop impactful lead-generation strategies, promotions, and advertising feedback. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and increase revenue
- Manage and supervise the team of estheticians, nurses, and administrative staff, both on-site and remote
- Ensure that the team is providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality services and treatments to clients
- Analyze client needs, make recommendations for services and products, and provide customized consultations to clients
- Maintain detailed client records and profiles, and ensure that all client information is kept confidential
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals
- Create daily content for social media, manage the spa's social media accounts, and design effective marketing strategies
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement lead-generation strategies, promotions, and advertising campaigns
- Manage inventory and ordering of products and supplies
- Ensure that all equipment and supplies are maintained and serviced regularly
- Monitor and analyze business metrics, including revenue, expenses, and customer satisfaction, and adjust strategies and operations accordingly
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and continuously improve knowledge and skills
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to the owner and senior management as needed
- Other duties as assigned by the owner or senior management.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Medical Spa, Plastic Surgeon's office, or Dermatology clinic
- The position requires working every weekend, specifically on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Strong knowledge and passion for aesthetics and beauty
- Proven track record of success in a metric-driven environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Marketing and social media management experience
- Ability to create content, manage social media, and develop lead-generation strategies, promotions, and advertising campaigns
- Experience managing a team of employees, both on-site and remote
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic personality, and ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to the cosmetic industry.
