Administrative Professional – Finance
Minimum requirements:
- At least 21 years of age
- A high school diploma or GED and two years of experience in Finance related field (Prefer minimum of bachelor’s degree in related field).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to sit at workstation for extended periods of time; occasionally lift/carry parcels up to 35 pounds
- Ability to read and interpret documents/procedure manuals
- Possess the ability, flexibility and maturity to render the duties and responsibilities required of this position
- Have the ability to manage time, set priorities and to organize and follow structured routines
- Advanced computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Primary job responsibilities are:
- Maintain gift card ledger and sign in and out of gift cards.
- Process invoices for payment.
- Process client billing.
- Manage and balance petty cash.
- Order supplies, arrange maintenance repairs, etc.
- Create and modify documents using various software with accuracy and in a timely manner as assigned.
- Monitor and ensure proper licensure and policy procedures within assigned program.
- Become notary public or maintain notary public status as assigned.
- Ensure documentation is in full compliance with agency, licensing, accreditation and contract guidelines.
- Utilize personal safety plan for managing emotions and interactions with staff and clients.
- Participate in PQI process for assigned program.
