Objective: The role of the Administrative Assistant is to serve as agency’s initial contact and administrative support.
Job Duties include:
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Scan, upload, documents to online files
- Provide agency information to callers
- Greet persons entering office
- Call clients to assist them with scheduling
- Assist with marketing material at events
- Keep files for self-inspections
- Create newsletters to distribute to referral sources
Must be reliable and able to work Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
