Full-Time / Part-Time
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Office Administrator to support our growing janitorial services business. The ideal candidate should be familiar with general office duties, payroll processing, and Windows/Google Suite applications. Experience in the janitorial or service industry is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred to assist with employee and client communications.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling and employee coordination
- Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee records
- Manage invoices, work orders, and client communications
- Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical) and ensure proper organization of documents
- Utilize and troubleshoot Windows/Google Suite applications
- Provide general administrative and tech support as needed
- Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking employees and clients
Qualifications:
- Previous office administration experience (janitorial or service industry preferred)
- Familiarity with payroll processing and basic bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Windows and Google Suite applications
- Comfortable with technology and minor IT troubleshooting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
