Job Description:
As our Construction Contract Administrator, your main mission will be to navigate the wild, untamed world of contracts with finesse, while keeping your sense of humor intact. You'll work closely with our team of passionate estimators and project managers, ensuring that our projects stay on track and that our clients don't lose their cool.
Responsibilities:
- You will master the art of juggling contracts with one hand tied behind your back.
- You will keep track of all contract-related documents, making sure they are neatly organized and easily accessible. Misplacing contracts is strictly forbidden, but losing track of a joke is forgivable.
- You will collaborate with our leadership team to review contracts, identify potential issues, and come up with creative solutions. Superhero attire is optional, but highly encouraged.
- You will be the soothing voice on the other end of the phone when clients get flustered. You'll listen to their concerns, offer reassurance, and keep spirits high and a positive attitude.
- You will work with our vendors to provide the best possible pricing available.
- You will track and prepare RFP’s (No way to make that funny)
Qualifications:
- Must be able to keep a smile and maintain a positive attitude in a demanding role.
- Strong organizational skills to keep a multitude of documents in check, and the ability to distinguish between a joke and a legal clause.
- Excellent communication skills to charm clients and co-workers
- Bonus points if you have knowledge of the construction industry and HVAC systems.
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations, because let's face it, construction isn’t all fun and games.
