Accounts Payable Clerk-Germain KIA-No Weekends!-$17 to $19

Germain Automotive Partnership offers a wide range of automotive products and services, including new and used vehicles, vehicle maintenance and repair services, vehicle parts and various insurance policies. Accounts Payable:

• Reviewing & processing accounts payable invoices and payment requests and issuing reimbursement checks.
• Prepare accounts payable checks in a timely manner.
• Matching checks to invoices/payment requests after each check run cycle & reconciling statements.
• Answer all vendor inquiries & resolve any discrepancies.
• Print all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
• Record and maintain all W9 and 1099 information.
• Process 1099 year end forms and reports

Other Duties:

• Input new vehicles & journal entries into the computer system.
• Reconcile select accounts and schedules.
• Research and process charge backs and bad checks.
• Assist in monthly closings.
• Fill in where needed in the absence of other employees.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong PC skills.
• Must be highly organized, able to work independently and maintain a neat work area.
• Professional dress in a neat and business-like manner.
• Bilingualism is not required, but can be very helpful.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s license is required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check, drug test and motor vehicle report is required.
