Requirements
- 5-10 years of project engineering experience in pharma, biotech, or nutraceuticals
- Strong background in equipment integration, process automation, and capital project execution
- SCADA experience (Ignition preferred, but FactoryTalk or Wonderware also relevant)
- Experience managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
- cGMP and FDA regulatory knowledge
Responsibilities
- Lead design, integration, and start-up of projects, including equipment selection and commissioning
- Develop User Requirements Specifications (URS) and oversee vendor documentation
- Manage Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), commissioning, and validation activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, cost savings, and process optimization
- Support MES implementation and controls/automation projects
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
