What You'll Do :
- Plan & Execute Events : Manage the logistics for tradeshows, conferences, and virtual events, and partnership engagements.
- Organize & Track : Develop event timelines, checklists, and task management systems to ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
- Budget Management : Track and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align event objectives and promotional efforts.
- Coordinate Logistics : Handle registration systems, attendee communications, promotional materials, and signage in partnership with the marketing team.
- On-Site Coordination : Serve as the primary point of contact during events, overseeing setup, event flow, and breakdown logistics.
- Engage Teams : Organize internal events that foster team engagement and collaboration.
