What Youll Do :
- Drive Operational Excellence : Lead a Safety-First Environment and a culture of accountability for your team of 3 direct reports and a cross-functional team of 5 or more.
- Strategic Leadership : Collaborate with the Value Stream Leadership Team to execute the companys Vivid Vision and achieve annual revenue and EBITDA targets.
- Project Coordination : Oversee key projects, processes, and resource allocation to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Visual Management : Maintain KPIs, track progress, and implement corrective actions for SPQDC (Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, and Cost).
- Lean Manufacturing : Champion Lean initiatives to eliminate waste, enhance efficiency, and improve product quality.
- Root Cause Problem-solving : Work closely with your team to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement preventive measures.
- Mentor Teams : Guide employees in operational excellence, project management, and financial acumen to foster growth and development.
- Client Communication : Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through clear, effective communication.
- Travel : Occasionally travel domestically and internationally to support operational requirements.
What Youll Bring :
10 years of experience in Plant Management, Operations, or Project Management.
Bachelors degree in Operations, Engineering, or a related technical field.
