What You’ll Do:
- Drive Operational Excellence: Lead a Safety-First Environment and a culture of accountability for your team of 3 direct reports and a cross-functional team of 5 or more.
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the Value Stream Leadership Team to execute the company’s Vivid Vision and achieve annual revenue and EBITDA targets.
- Project Coordination: Oversee key projects, processes, and resource allocation to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Visual Management: Maintain KPIs, track progress, and implement corrective actions for SPQDC (Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, and Cost).
- Lean Manufacturing: Champion Lean initiatives to eliminate waste, enhance efficiency, and improve product quality.
- Root Cause Problem-solving: Work closely with your team to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement preventive measures.
- Mentor Teams: Guide employees in operational excellence, project management, and financial acumen to foster growth and development.
- Client Communication: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through clear, effective communication.
- Travel: Occasionally travel domestically and internationally to support operational requirements.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience:
- 10 years of experience in Plant Management, Operations, or Project Management.
- Proven success in leading continuous improvement programs or large-scale operations.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- MBA, PMP, or Lean Certifications preferred.
- Leadership Skills: A servant leader focused on building high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and delivering results.
- Problem-solving Mindset: Expertise in Lean tools, risk management, and strategic decision-making.
- Business Acumen: Strong financial understanding to drive operational profitability.
- Adaptability: Highly organized yet flexible, with the ability to navigate changing priorities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to engage with employees, clients, and executives effectively.
