What Requirements Are We Looking For?

• Several Years of Quickbooks Online Experience - We’re looking for someone who is so good at Quickbooks Online, they can teach others how to use it.
• Experienced in Various Industries - You are familiar with various types of businesses and how their financial worlds work.
• Comfortable With Reconciliation and Clean Up Work - When clients come to us, they come with their own range of messes to deal with. So we need someone who is willing to put massive puzzles together (i.e. clean up years of client books if needed).
• Proficient in Payroll Management & Other Financial Activities - We help business owners with all sorts of financial administrative activities, including payroll, A/R tracking, A/P tracking, job costing and other key financial tracking.
• Strong Computer Skills - Technology does not intimidate you.
• Customer Service Experience Preferred - You will interface with clients every now and then, so it’s important for you to learn how to speak with confidence to our clients.
• Pass a Background Check - If you have a past, that’s fine. We just need to know that you’re not a psycho.
• Regularly Shower - It’s just better for everyone if you keep good hygiene. 
• Must Appreciate Dad Jokes - The boss is a new dad, so you’ll have to bear with his dad jokes.
