- Proven experience in designing and delivering impactful workshops and training sessions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting service delivery deadlines.
- Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheets, Visio, 3D CAD/CAM, and a solid understanding of financial statements.
- Strong project management capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Suite and cloud applications.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is an advantageous asset.
- Extensive experience in various manufacturing technologies is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships.
- Experience in workshop development and facilitation.
- Familiarity with design software and simulation tools is beneficial.
