• Identify potential market opportunities and formulate actionable strategies to leverage them.
• Lead projects focused on providing coaching and training for both executives and shop-floor teams.
• Assist in sales initiatives by crafting impactful presentations and nurturing client relationships.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of operational processes and suggest effective solutions for enhancement.
• Employ strategic business insights to aid clients in areas such as lean manufacturing, quality management, and continuous improvement.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in a variety of manufacturing technologies, including IoT, Advanced Sensors, Cloud solutions, and Automation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong capability to forge partnerships and effectively connect with clients.
• Expertise in creating and facilitating engaging workshops and training sessions.
• Ability to utilize design software for plant floor layouts and simulations.
• Strong project management capabilities, adept at overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheets, alongside a background in consulting.
• Understanding of financial concepts, particularly in relation to P&L management.
• Technological proficiency in Microsoft Suite and cloud applications is essential.
• Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt, along with experience leading Six Sigma projects, is highly advantageous.
