Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technology audits at client locations and provide tailored insights on best-in-class solutions.
- Design and deliver impactful training sessions that equip clients with practical knowledge to improve their operations.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities while fostering strong client relationships.
- Lead and facilitate projects, offering expert coaching at both executive and shop-floor levels to optimize client operations.
- Assess manufacturing processes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and recommend effective solutions to elevate performance.
- Utilize your knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality management, and supply chain optimization to support our clients’ growth.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management roles within the manufacturing sector.
- Certification as a Lead Assessor in any Quality Management System (QMS); Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt is preferred.
- Strong expertise in core quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and advanced problem-solving techniques.
- Proven ability to cultivate client relationships and communicate effectively in collaborative environments.
- Experience in managing service delivery projects, including training workshops tailored to client needs.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications such as Visio, 3D CAD/CAM, ERP systems, and the Microsoft Suite; ASME or GD&T certification is an advantage.
- A genuine interest in Industry 4.0 concepts and a commitment to continuous professional development.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong emphasis on quality management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
