Key Responsibilities
- Safeguard the well-being of all participants during instructional sessions.
- Prepare and set up all necessary training equipment for successful course execution.
- Deliver engaging and effective instruction, ensuring clarity and understanding of materials.
- Respond to emergencies, providing appropriate care as required.
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and fellow instructors.
- Communicate efficiently with management and facility coordinators.
- Manage inventory of training equipment, ensuring cleanliness and restocking as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings during the week.
- Current American Red Cross Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED (or equivalent from the American Heart Association).
- CPR, First Aid, AED Instructor Certification or higher (or equivalent from the American Heart Association).
- Skill in managing course records via online platforms.
- Access to necessary training equipment, including compliant manikins, AED trainers, and First Aid supplies.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
