Compensation And Benefits
The compensation for this full-time hybrid role ranges from \(70,000 to \)80,000 USD annually, in addition to bonuses and stock options. Total compensation will be determined based on individual experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with strategic partners to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success.
- Act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular onsite visits and engagement check-ins with partners to evaluate satisfaction and collect feedback for continuous enhancement.
- Develop and execute an effective onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Formulate and implement a partner success strategy that aligns with organizational goals and enhances engagement.
- Identify growth opportunities and collaboration potentials with existing partners to foster long-term success.
- Provide essential training, guidance, and resources to partners, enabling them to maximize the use of our educational services.
- Serve as a liaison between partners and internal teams to facilitate swift resolution of issues and ensure seamless communication.
- Analyze partner data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, producing reports on partner success metrics to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to adopt an integrated approach to partner strategies.
- Assist in resolving customer support issues for the entire customer base, ensuring high satisfaction levels across all interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Preschool or Elementary School Teacher, ideally within a public school setting.
- Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated initiative, resilience, and self-motivation, coupled with a creative problem-solving approach.
- Strong advocate for early childhood education, with a passion for driving positive change.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and presentation abilities—current partners value your collaboration.
- Proficient analytical skills to interpret partner data and convert findings into actionable insights.
