Compensation And Benefits
This full-time, hybrid role is located in the Tampa area, with a salary range of \(70,000 to \)80,000 USD annually, in addition to bonuses and stock options. Total compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with strategic partners to ensure their continued success and satisfaction.
- Serve as the frontline contact for partner inquiries, addressing needs and concerns with prompt and effective responses.
- Conduct regular onsite visits and assessments to gauge partner satisfaction and gather constructive feedback for ongoing enhancements.
- Develop and execute a streamlined onboarding process for new partners.
- Lead the implementation of a partner success strategy that aligns with our organizational objectives and fosters partner engagement.
- Identify avenues for growth and collaboration with existing partners, contributing to sustained success.
- Provide training, support, and resources to maximize partners’ utilization of our educational products and services.
- Function as a liaison between partners and internal teams to facilitate swift issue resolution and seamless communication.
- Analyze partner data to detect trends, uncover opportunities, and identify areas for enhancement.
- Generate detailed reports on partner success metrics, utilizing insights to refine future strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to partner strategies.
- Assist with resolving customer support issues across the entire customer base, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Preschool or Elementary School Teacher, preferably in a public school setting.
- Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Proven initiative, resilience, and self-motivation, complemented by a creative problem-solving approach.
- Strong advocacy for early childhood education with a commitment to making a positive impact.
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills, with current partners valuing your collaboration.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret partner data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Highly organized with the capacity to proficiently manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Enthusiastic about adopting new project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes.
- Comfortable making outreach calls to engage and connect with providers and educators.
- Willingness to travel within the region, including occasional weekends, and attend evening events as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Preschool or Elementary School teaching role.
- Experience within a public school environment is preferred.
