Key Responsibilities

• Build and sustain trust-based relationships with strategic partners to ensure their success and satisfaction.
• Act as the primary liaison for partner inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns with prompt and effective communication.
• Conduct regular onsite visits and check-ins with partners to evaluate satisfaction levels and gather constructive feedback for ongoing development.
• Design and execute an efficient onboarding process for new partners.
• Drive a partner success strategy that aligns with our organizational objectives and enhances partner engagement.
• Identify opportunities for growth and collaboration with existing partners, contributing to their long-term success.
• Provide training and resources to partners, empowering them to maximize their use of our educational solutions.
• Facilitate communication between partners and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Analyze partner-related data to recognize trends, identify opportunities, and highlight areas for enhancement.
• Generate comprehensive reports on partner success metrics, leveraging insights to refine future strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to partner strategies.

Compensation And Benefits

The annual salary for this full-time, hybrid position ranges from \(70,000 to \)80,000 USD, complemented by bonuses and stock options. Total compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
