- Accurately document and report vital information pertaining to students' academic achievements, behavioral progress, and health status, maintaining comprehensive service logs.

- Communicate with parents about their children's progress, providing both verbal and written updates on achievements and challenges.
- Engage directly with students to reinforce learning objectives, offering customized guidance to help them reach their academic targets.
