Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive course instruction to multiple cohorts of students, ensuring effective knowledge retention and engagement.
  • Cultivate a stimulating classroom environment that encourages students to excel.
  • Collaborate with fellow instructors to provide mutual support and share best practices, fostering a culture that prioritizes student success.
  • Mentor and coach new instructors, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality educational experiences.
  • Provide personalized guidance to students facing challenges through various communication channels such as phone, video, and chat.
  • Develop, prepare, and deliver inspiring lessons that equip students with the necessary skills to succeed in certification exams.
  • Monitor student progress, offering timely feedback and maintaining open communication regarding their performance.
  • Engage in feedback sessions, pilot programs, and curriculum enhancement initiatives to continually improve the learning experience.
  • Uphold a disciplined and positive classroom atmosphere in accordance with institutional standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or a combination of relevant education and practical experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the IT industry within the last decade.
  • At least 2 years of experience in classroom or online instruction, ideally with a focus on technical training.
