Our online courses are scheduled after school and on weekends to accommodate students’ needs. Classes typically run between 4 PM ET and 10 PM ET, Monday to Friday, and from 10 AM ET to 9 PM ET on weekends.

Key Responsibilities
- Educate enthusiastic elementary students in a vibrant online environment.
- Provide interactive lessons that emphasize a problem-solving approach, ensuring a deep understanding of mathematical concepts over mere memorization.
- Engage with small class sizes (averaging 12 students) comprised of motivated learners who are eager to explore the world of mathematics.
- Design a stimulating virtual classroom atmosphere that challenges advanced students and encourages their active participation.
- Ability to break down complex mathematical ideas into enjoyable and comprehensible lessons for early elementary students.
- Strong virtual classroom management skills, particularly utilizing platforms such as Zoom.
- Experience in creating a student-driven learning environment that fosters critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A genuine passion for motivating and engaging young learners in mathematics.
- A bachelor’s degree in a STEM field is mandatory; a master’s degree or higher is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching or tutoring students from elementary to middle school.
