Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the administrative team to establish systems, organize equipment, and plan activities for our seasonal programs.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of essential insurance documents, land use permits, and vendor agreements for Field Instructor program packets.
- Work alongside the Program Manager to oversee gear assignments and maintain an accurate check-in/check-out database.
- Ensure regular maintenance of equipment, confirming all gear is safe, functional, and ready for use.
- Manage vehicle logistics, including scheduling, assignments, maintenance, and readiness.
- Contribute to the organization of program materials and inventory management.
- Support end-of-season cleanups and assist the Program Director as needed.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication capabilities with diverse audiences.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Effective problem-solving and logistical planning skills.
- Comfort in both indoor and outdoor work environments.
- CPR and Wilderness First Aid (WFA) certification required; Wilderness First Responder (WFR) preferred.
- Valid driver's license with the capability to safely operate program vehicles.
- Successful completion of background checks as mandated by organizational and state standards.
