Key Responsibilities

• Class Facilitation: Conduct interactive and high-quality lessons for individuals and groups, ensuring every participant feels valued and supported.
• Community Engagement: Draft compelling class descriptions, develop marketing materials, and actively participate in promotional initiatives to connect with the community.
• Event Participation: Attend various locations for meetings, training sessions, and community events, with the potential to operate a 15-passenger van.
• Local Involvement: Assist in local festivals and community activities, representing the organization positively.
  
  

Required Skills

• Technological Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of smartphones, tablets, computers, and common software applications, as well as internet navigation.
• Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Empathy and Patience: A natural ability to connect with learners, demonstrating patience and understanding as they progress at their own pace.
• Adaptable Teaching: Skill in modifying teaching approaches to suit the varied needs of different learners.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Competence in diagnosing common technical issues and offering practical resolutions.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Minimum of two years in teaching or customer service.
• Certifications: CPR/AED certification required (to be obtained within 60 days of hire, costs covered by the organization).
• Driver’s License: Valid driver's license is required and must be maintained.
