Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with families to enhance community engagement.
- Strive for 100% student enrollment by the commencement of the academic year.
- Implement targeted recruitment strategies in designated neighborhoods to attract families with school-aged children.
- Oversea recruitment efforts in your territory, establishing a reputable presence through partnerships with local organizations and community stakeholders.
- Advocate for the school as the premier educational choice in the area, maintaining relationships throughout the year for ongoing support.
- Act as a brand ambassador and community expert, effectively communicating the school's values and programs to families.
- Connect with the community through presentations at local centers, daycare facilities, and housing authorities.
- Conduct neighborhood outreach initiatives, including door-to-door campaigns, to promote the school.
- Organize and host events for prospective families, providing comprehensive information and assistance throughout the enrollment process.
- Ensure high-quality application submissions by guiding families through the application journey and resolving related issues.
- Monitor and report progress on enrollment milestones, ensuring timely completion of registration and welcome processes.
- Cultivate relationships with current families to promote re-enrollment, assisting with necessary documentation.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new families, maintaining ongoing communication and inviting them to tours or open houses.
- Collaborate with campus personnel on recruitment and engagement initiatives to welcome and support new families.
- Maintain tracking of goals and regularly update supervisors and campus leadership on progress.
- Exhibit flexibility and readiness to undertake additional duties as needed to bolster the enrollment process.
- High school diploma required; college education preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, sales, or business development, ideally within a remote environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the local community and its unique needs.
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in engaging with families regarding their children's educational experiences.
- Availability for a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
- Bilingual Spanish speaker is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
