Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging lessons and activities that adhere to our curriculum and educational standards.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children, ensuring their well-being and educational progress.
• Actively supervise and provide support during various activities.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to address the needs of all students.
• Assist children with their assignments and remote learning tasks.
• Monitor and document children’s progress and development through observations.
  
  

Required Skills

• Experience working with children in a teaching or instructional capacity is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with early childhood education principles and curriculum.
• Ability to positively engage and interact with parents and caregivers.
• Understanding of positive disciplinary techniques.
• Strong customer service skills, alongside effective time management and organizational abilities.
