Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Product Development Managers and leadership to assist with various product initiatives, updates, and special projects.
- Act as a liaison between overseas manufacturers and internal teams, including marketing and sales, to coordinate on packaging updates, product specifications, and reorders.
- Proactively address and resolve project issues to ensure timelines are met.
- Maintain the launch calendar and keep product logs up to date.
- Facilitate sample requests for sales presentations and media content.
- Oversee end-to-end product development for specific retail requests.
- Utilize your strong project management skills to ensure deliverables are organized and on schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods development.
- Experience working with international vendors and time zones.
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities; highly team-oriented.
- Capacity to multi-task, meet deadlines, and uphold meticulous attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify process improvements.
