Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product Development Managers and the Vice President to facilitate various departmental initiatives, including intellectual property matters, product updates, and special projects.
• Act as the primary liaison between overseas manufacturers and internal teams (marketing and sales), managing essential tasks such as packaging updates and addressing reorder inquiries.
• Identify and troubleshoot project challenges, ensuring timelines are adhered to effectively.
• Maintain alignment of the launch calendar with marketing efforts and ensure the Product Log is consistently up-to-date.
• Coordinate sample requests necessary for sales presentations, videos, and photoshoots as required.
• Oversee product projects from inception to completion, with a strong emphasis on retail products requested by the sales department.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer product development, specifically engaging with international vendors and managing time zone differences.

Compensation And Benefits

The salary range for this position is set between \(65,000 - \)70,000. The final base salary will be determined on an individual basis and may vary based on relevant job knowledge, skills, education, and industry experience.
