Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Development Managers and senior leadership to facilitate various project initiatives, including intellectual property management and product updates.
• Act as a liaison between international manufacturers and internal teams (marketing, sales) for essential tasks such as packaging updates and reorder management.
• Prioritize and troubleshoot project issues to ensure alignment with timelines and objectives.
• Maintain an accurate launch calendar alongside marketing, coordinating with managers to reflect real-time product information.
• Facilitate sample requests for sales presentations, photoshoots, and videos as necessary.
• Oversee end-to-end management of product development projects as requested by the sales department.
• Emphasize project management with exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
