Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product Development Managers and leadership on various departmental projects, including product enhancements, special initiatives, and intellectual property oversight.
• Serve as the primary liaison between our overseas manufacturers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication regarding project updates, packaging requirements, and specifications.
• Identify and address project challenges to maintain momentum and achieve successful outcomes.
• Keep the launch calendar and product log current, partnering with Product Development Managers to monitor project timelines.
• Coordinate and manage sample requests for sales teams, marketing activities, and photoshoots.
• Oversee product development initiatives from conception to completion for retail products as requested by the sales team.
• Exhibit robust project management skills with meticulous attention to detail in planning and execution.

Qualifications
