Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate auto casualty claims for personal, commercial, and farm policies.
- Conduct thorough recorded statements and identify potential fraudulent claims.
- Analyze and interpret contracts to set case reserves accurately and promptly.
- Maintain effective communication with policyholders, claimants, and agents through phone, email, and personal interactions.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to provide fair and efficient claim resolutions.
- Strong investigative and negotiation skills in handling auto casualty claims.
- Excellent communication abilities for engaging with policyholders and agents.
- Proficient analytical skills for delivering effective claim outcomes.
- Bilingual capabilities are advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in auto claims (preferred).
- Prior experience managing bodily injury and property damage claims (preferred).
- Familiarity with regulations in IN, IL, and/or OH jurisdictions is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid claims and auto body estimating is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
