- Lead the development of new business opportunities and manage daily sales operations, fostering collaboration with key clients.
- Create, implement, and evaluate effective sales strategies while building a dynamic and high-performing sales team.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives targeting both governmental and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive sales funnel while identifying opportunities for enhancement to achieve sales objectives.
- Mentor and guide the sales team, empowering them to drive revenue growth.

- Familiarity with municipal contracts and proficiency in the bidding process.
- Experience with CRM tools (PipeDrive preferred) to manage sales funnels effectively.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and customer service capabilities, complemented by a professional demeanor.
- Highly motivated with excellent organizational and strategic planning skills.
- Background in driving top-line sales growth and experience estimating large motor sales or repair projects is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in medium and/or high voltage industrial motor sales.
