- Lead the establishment and management of a robust sales funnel, pinpointing enhancement opportunities and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Propel new business development efforts while providing mentorship to the sales team to drive company revenue growth.
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training of sales personnel, developing programs to enhance quotation throughput and accuracy.
- Manage and direct the existing sales team, ensuring seamless sales operations that meet customer contract obligations.
- Supervise the formulation and oversight of sales budgets.
- Oversee the bid bonding process and secure municipal project contracts.
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, securing approvals for service and installation projects at client locations.
- Set ambitious annual goals for the sales team and motivate them to achieve these targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities, providing precise sales forecasts.

- 10-15 years of experience in the sales of medium and/or high voltage industrial motors.
- Demonstrated success in leading substantial sales teams and implementing sales process enhancements.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities, with a history of establishing enduring customer partnerships.
- Experience with municipal contracts and familiarity with the bidding process.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (PipeDrive preferred) for managing the sales funnel.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market dynamics and create effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and customer service skills, alongside a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Self-driven with robust organizational and strategic planning skills.
- A proven track record of achieving top-line sales growth, along with experience in estimating large motor sales or repair projects is advantageous.
