- Direct a team dedicated to overseeing 22 pivotal modernization initiatives conducted by FFRDCs.
- Develop and implement modernization policies, guidance, and legislative frameworks to elevate engineering and T&E methodologies.
- Engineer innovative solutions to intricate challenges faced by the DoD.
- Cultivate a robust community of practice among key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry leaders, and academic circles.
- Ensure cohesive alignment between Systems Engineering, Operational Test and Evaluation, and Test Resource Management activities.
- Lead significant technical projects utilizing formal engineering principles and rigorous quality control protocols.
- Formulate pioneering strategies to evaluate technology, risk, performance, and capabilities.
- Manage and synchronize project efforts across diverse multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven capacity to foster innovation and apply forward-thinking solutions.
- Strategic foresight with the ability to unify stakeholders and advance organizational objectives.
- Expertise in process optimization and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Established record of setting ambitious targets and yielding significant results.
- M.S. or Ph.D. in engineering or a related discipline.
- Over 20 years of experience in relevant engineering and technical leadership roles.
- Active Secret clearance is required, with the eligibility to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
